🛍️ Eligible Products for Return
We accept returns for the following categories:
- Water Ionizers
- Hydrogen Water Generators
- RO Water Purifiers and Accessories
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
- Consumables (filters, membranes, cartridges) once opened
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
📦 Return Process

- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Ship the Product: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- In case of damaged or defective products, a full refund or replacement will be offered.
🔁 Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
